Our Policies

Reservation and Payment Policies:

  • A deposit of 30% or one night stay (whichever is greater) is required to secure your reservation.

  • All deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

  • The remaining balance is due at check-in and must be paid in cash. We do not accept credit or debit card payments on-site.

  • By making a reservation, you authorize the charge of the deposit and agree to all policies listed.

  • The cardholder must be present at check-in and must provide a valid ID and the credit card used for booking for verification purposes.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation that appears fraudulent or violates our policies.

  • We offer lower rates for direct bookings compared to third-party platforms such as Booking.com.

Security, Damage and Guest Policies:

  • Guests between the ages of 18–25 are required to provide a refundable damage deposit at check-in.

  • The deposit will be refunded after inspection, provided no damages occurred and all hotel policies were followed.

  • We reserve the right to charge for any damages, missing items, or theft of property.

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted.

  • Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Property guidelines:

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests at all times.

  • Wi-Fi is available in the pool area and outdoor spaces.

  • Pets are welcome in select rooms for $30 per pet, per night. Please call 609-522-6281 to confirm availability.

  • If you require a first-floor room, please call us in advance at 609-522-6281. Requests are subject to availability.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy:

  • Check-in/ Check out time for Motel Rooms 3:00pm /10:00 am

  • Check-in/ Check out time for the Three Bedroom House 4:00pm /11:00 am

  • Guests are required to adhere to the check-out time to allow proper cleaning and preparation of rooms for arriving guests.

  • Room availability before 3:00 PM is not guaranteed.

  • Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability. A $50 fee applies and must be paid in cash at the front office. Guests must arrange early check-in in advance. Please do not arrive early without prior confirmation. Guests may call on the day of arrival to check availability.

  • Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. A $50 fee applies and must be paid in cash at the front office. Late check-out must be requested at the front office.

Housekeeping:

  • Your room will be sanitized and prepared for your arrival.

  • You may request full housekeeping service upon availability.

Smoking Policy:

  • All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking of any kind on the entire property is strictly prohibited and subject to a $250 damage fee.

Parking Notice:

  • There is complimentary parking for one vehicle per reservation for Standard and Deluxe Rooms. Three-Bedroom House has 3 complimentary parking spots. Please note that parking is not included with the Queen Motel Rooms.

  • You are permitted to park beginning at 3 PM on the day of your arrival and until 10 AM on your departure date.

  • Parking tags will be issued at the front desk and must be displayed on your vehicle’s rear-view mirror during the entire time of your stay.

  • Vehicles without a valid parking tag or parked in violation of property rules are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

ADA Accessibility:

  • This property is not ADA accessible and does not provide ADA-compliant accommodations.

  • The hotel does not have ramps, elevators, or accessible rooms.
